turnaround & Delivery Information
Please see the estimated turnaround for different products below. Shipping time is in addition to the turnaround time displayed. We send all items tracked both in the UK and to international customers. Your order will not be shipped until all items included are in stock/ produced. If you require part of your order sooner we will need to charge additional postage.

EUROPEAN UNION & NORTHERN IRELAND
As of December 2024, due to the implementation of GPSR, we are no longer to ship products we produce ourselves to Northern Ireland or EU countries. For more information please see this BBC article. If you have friends/family in the UK we can post to their address for them to forward on, and there are a number of UK based drop-shipping services, but we are not able to ship to NI or EU addresses directly.

USA
As of 15th August 2025, due to new tarrifs due to be imposed by the US Government, we are temporarily pausing shipments to the USA. This is to implement new tarrif charges at checkout, and we hope to be able to continue shipping to the USA in September 2025.
Buildings & Figures
Turnaround - up to 12 weeks. Hand painted items will take longer than unpainted. Some unpainted figures in OO and O are kept in stock for our events, so these may be shipped sooner, but generally there will be a waiting time for 3D printed items.
Clothing & Mugs
Turnaround 2-3 weeks. These are produced for us in Nottingham and are printed to order.
Photo Canvases
Turnaround 2 weeks. These will be posted directly from our printers to your address. We are not able to ship canvases outside of the UK.
Wagons and all other items
If products show as 'in stock' (not pre-order) they will be posted within 3-5 working days of order. For pre-order items, please see the estimated arrival times in the product listing.
